One-On-One: A training program specifically designed for you based on your
individual profile including age, exercise history, fitness level and goals. If you're not one to go to a gym, we will come to you in the comfort of your own home and bring all
the necessary equipment.
Get Fit Classes: Weekly and
bi-weekly group classes with no more than 8 people so that every participant receives a personal level of attention. Smaller groups ensure maximum benefits from proper form and
technique.
Nutrition: Meal planning, weight loss plans and general
dietary help.
Sports Training:
Tailor-made programs to help improve the skills needed for your favorite sports from our internationally-recognized Cayman Sports team.
