What is BeachFit?

BeachFit is a one hour group Beach Boot Camp style workout which consists of aerobic, core and bodyweight exercises as well as interval training, which allows individuals to work at their own pace.
It’s a beach conditioning course running from Mon-Thurs at 6am which will really test your body and give you a challenging workout while taking advantage of beautiful Seven Mile Beach. BeachFit caters to all fitness levels and abilities and starts your day the right way, significantly boosting your metabolism and mental alertness.

Course Duration

Each BeachFit course is a 4 week block of motivating training which will take your results to the next level and is designed for rapid weight and fat loss.

Instructors

Tim and Lori take each session, so participants get a personal feel, and they keep each session different and fresh which helps motivate the participants and ensures “muscle confusion” leading to faster and more effective results.
