What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a new action packed one hour group tennis session combining fast paced tennis drills with several exercise stations to give you the ultimate high energy workout.

Run by former Wimbledon coach Warren Urquhart, Cardio Tennis is designed for players of all abilities and will increase your fitness levels, improve your coordination and reaction time, increase your speed and agility, enhance your movement and balance, while raising your tennis standard at the same time.
Is Cardio Tennis Right for you?
Warren controls the activity to ensure each class challenges your ability and fitness levels and keep you in the desired heart rate zone for longer. It involves short cycles of high intensity workouts and periods of rest similar to interval training. Your game will improve from hitting a ton of balls but the primary focus is on getting a high calorie burning workout
Remember all tennis players make more unforced errors when they are tired. Cardio Tennis increases your tennis stamina which improves your consistency and leads to better results.
