July BeachFIT
Combine the beautiful summer mornings on Seven Mile Beach with a great BeachFit Bootcamp Workout.
Monday , Wednesday , Friday 6am - 7am. July Session $110 for 11 sessions. Starting July 7th. Two weeks sessions available as well. Email:lori@caymansports.net
Please note this class does not involve getting into the Ocean.

We are still offering the Personal Training Special of $55 per session. You must sign up for a minimum of five sessions.
